Lake Constance

An exclusive private residence overlooking the lake and the Swiss mountains, designed to let the eye range continuously over the surrounding landscape. This was achieved by designing and creating rooms with large windows that allow sunlight and the colours of the landscape to enter visually, almost tangibly, into the elegant home.

An emotional exchange of sensations. The interior spaces are surprising and sumptuous, where fine marbles reveal themselves in a succession of inlays and decorations, each crafted with the great mastery that has distinguished AB Italia since 1922.

The splendour of the marble is emphasised by a rich and elaborate lighting system, in which recessed lights in the false ceilings combine perfectly with luxurious crystal chandeliers. In the living area, the most refined distinctive feature is the double-height fireplace flanked by luxurious upholstered furniture, overlooked by a mezzanine passage with a wrought-iron balustrade, lit by gilded details.

The area housing the car collection is equally sumptuous and dramatically lit, with marble flooring and a magnificent crystal chandelier. On the lower ground floor, a meticulously finished spa area also overlooks the lake: besides the pool with a mosaic-tiled floor and a frescoed ceiling overlooked by a wall fountain sculpture, there is a sauna area with a view of the pool itself and a small gym furnished with sports and fitness equipment.

Outside the residence, an orangery with a spacious kitchen entirely made of light wood and glass walls, completely immersed in the greenery of nature.
