Private Residence
Overlooking the enchanting sea of Sardinia, almost gazing out toward the horizon, and entirely immersed in the warm green of the Mediterranean scrubland, this private residence was designed and built in its entirety by AB Italia.
The architectural style of the exteriors is linear and rational, expressed through the light, bright colours of the cladding in pristine natural stone. It fits perfectly into its setting, echoing the tranquillity and exclusivity of the place itself.
Large windows open onto terraces and gardens, suggesting well-being and pleasure while capturing the full depth of the seascape. The interiors are refined and exclusive, enriched by the choice of fine marbles and finishes, antique pieces and precious rugs. The entrance is bright, with marble flooring in geometric inlays and marble columns framing a central sculpture enriched with bas-reliefs.
The variations in yellow tones in the living area are a deliberate reference to the warmth and colour of the sun, and recur in other areas of the residence, such as the leisure and relaxation space and the master bedroom with its private study area, as well as in the marble flooring and cladding of the bathrooms.
Wood boiserie with inserts in selected fabrics, rich curtains, refined furniture pieces and upholstery complete the ensemble.
