A prestigious residence spanning over 1,000 square metres, divided between a basement level, a ground floor with an indoor covered swimming pool, and a first floor interrupted by double-height volumes and a connecting bridge between the rooms. The ground floor, with visually continuous and interconnected spaces, features glass walls hung from the ceiling by so-called “spider” fittings, creating the sensation of living in an open-plan space.

The same glass walls separate the pool, integrated into the living area, from the rest of the home. Two glass-and-steel staircases connect the floors. The whole space is characterised by the exclusive use of fine marbles combined with different wood essences. The large pink stone wall with a split-face finish is particularly refined in appearance.

In the sleeping quarters, the bedrooms have crystal walls that can be polarised as needed: a film is interposed between two glass panes and becomes transparent when low-voltage electricity passes through it. Whenever necessary, the glass turns opaque with a satin effect, guaranteeing maximum privacy.

A well-equipped wine cellar, a luxurious spa and a large relaxation area were finally created on the lower level of the residence, in a refined dialogue between comfort and technology.
