Private Residence
A deliberate homage to the principles and distinctive features of Art Déco, an architectural and artistic style born in Europe in the early twentieth century and later spread across nearly the whole world. The design and execution of the interiors of this private residence were deliberately built around the rhythm of black and white, in a constant dialogue between the two.
Fine marbles paired together to create a visual contrast that is both elegant and distinctive, wall and upholstery finishes, evocative furniture pieces, lighting objects and fixtures are each, in their own way, refined interpretations of designs that have by now become iconic of the Art Déco artistic and architectural style.
A carefully studied combination not only of colours and tones that highlight and enhance one another, but also of materials that differ in type and scenic presence, underscores the importance of the project. An interplay of references and quotations, interpreted through pure, essential and well-defined geometric forms.
