A prestigious renovation signed by a well-known Italian architect with extensive experience in the area. The project was conceived with the aim of engaging light, staircase and flooring in a kind of perceptual continuity, as if the grand staircase served as a trait d’union within the astonishing scenario that opens up instantly to the eye.

The precious marbles, chosen and combined for their colour tones, all played on warm and cool variations at once, take the leading role on the scene and prove to be the undisputed protagonists, sharing the spotlight with the octagonal domed skylight, which grants absolute brightness and invites the eye upward to contemplate such majesty.

Alongside the magnificent marble inlays, the entire residence is also embellished by inlays in different wood species that characterise the parquet flooring, on which pieces and objects evoking a classic style have been brought to life.
