A refined balustrade in brass with black details accompanies the sinuous staircase, whose underside features exquisite mosaic work. The domed ceilings, with luminous stained glass or clad in boiserie lit by gilded decorations, are an integral part of the project’s exclusivity.
Fine marbles, artistically combined with one another, interpret the concept of luxury in the rooms of the living area, while striking inlays in different wood essences clad the flooring of the sleeping quarters, with undeniable visual impact.
The indoor pool is beautifully bright, with its far end recalling a classic orangery, featuring a mosaic floor and a vaulted, coffered ceiling. Great care was also devoted to the creation of the Turkish bath and the wine cellar space, with mosaic flooring and wall decoration.
